Reporting to the CEO of Xora and taking Marketing direction from the VP Marketing for ClickSoftware, this person will be focusing on marketing to, and through, leading carriers.

The Senior Director of Marketing & Channels is a high visibility senior role that is the perfect opportunity for someone with a strong partner driven background and great execution who has a proven track record of building high performance channels and marketing teams. This position is for a seasoned and proven leader to create, execute and optimize revenue growth, channel partner development, and marketing plans and execution.   The successful candidate will have solid experience working in small, entrepreneurial settings and navigating large organizations to accomplish objectives. This person must be a smart, high-capacity ‘doer’ as well as leader.

Responsibilities:

Partnering with Channel Managers  to develop the ClickSoftware –Xora  global channel go-to-market strategy, including the channel business development strategy, plans, program implementation and measurement;

  • Strategically manage global channel marketing including campaign measurement & performance
  • Work with strategic partners and sales groups to build awareness and pipeline for Xora
  • Be the  senior point of contact for marketing with partners and bring in resources from channel management, marketing, sales, product, and support as necessary to accomplish marketing objectives

Creating and implementing channel marketing strategy, plans, programs and measurement.Collaborate with channel managers and partners execute against a go-to market strategy

  • Develop and launch compelling and engaging channel marketing programs that gain visibility at each partner to ensure their field sellers think and breathe Xora every day.
  • Support customer acquisition, conversion and retention targets for each partner account

Providing leadership for the Marketing Team which includes: Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Communications and Customer Engagement

  • Motivate and manage marketing team, including career growth, performance evaluations, hiring and onboarding, etc.
  • Develop overall marketing strategy and action plans, together with senior team members
  • Set the annual marketing budget to achieve targeted goals and ensure team executes within that budget

Acting as point of contact for the ClickSoftware Global Marketing Team.

  • Engage with VP Marketing for ClickSoftware and other marketing directors to ensure strategic alignment and to leverage all possible cross-functional synergies
  • Liase with product management to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns/messages for both the Xora and ClickSoftware Marketing teams

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • 15+ years of experience in successfully driving integrated marketing strategies, plans, programs and operations to drive revenue growth, including channel marketing, demand generation, product marketing, marketing communications and customer engagement.
  • Vast proven experience working with channel partners; experience with wireless carriers highly desirable.
  • Performance focused individual – one who is comfortable with and motivated by the challenge of leading an organization with a history of reaching new heights of performance.

  • Extremely creative person – with experience in messaging, branding and promotions who can apply out of the box thinking to drive momentum and growth in the market and channel.

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent

Travel: about 25% travel anticipated to visit partners, customers and ClickSoftware offices
